June to do list ...


As usual, I have updated my May list with how I went which you can read here! I actually did really well in May and I already feel the difference just from making small changes and being more motivated.


Here's the plan for JUNE!



Workout four times per week



I'm upping this because some weeks in May I did manage four so I know it's doable. I am already seeing results from my time at F45 so I'm super motivated to DO MORE! You can read about why I joined F45 here.

STUDY

This is something I keep putting off but I really want to get my course done ASAP. I would love to start taking on some clients! I have probably 2-3 months left of my course which is super exciting! I'm just stuck on this super long 45 page assignment. I know the content but it's just finding a long period of time to just sit down and get it done! Wish me luck.

Focus on my skin care routine


I hate to admit this as a beauty blogger.. BUT... the last few weeks I have been SO slack with my skin care. I'm talking remover wipe, quick serum type slack... and that's night time. This month I vow to worship my skin and treat it the way it should be treated. No more being slack (ok I'll just call it plain lazy).

Keeping it nice and simple this month!

  2. Good luck with your goals Tahana, all achievable! My goals is to keep active, stick to my meal plan and get back into a routine basically. Mid year always gets me re-motivated :D

  4. Love this list! I'd like to try any do some workouts through June! But I think I'm going to aim for some more meals - taking a healthier lunch throughout June and July (while I'm on placement!)

  5. I love this list! I've been super tired lately so I want to get out and do more leisurely exercise to get my energy levels up. I'm also committing to out more effort into my hair this month because my makeup and skincare habits are already pretty good. Great post :)

  6. Good luck lovely, I definitely need to focus on skincare this month too. I started a journal so I could keep track of what products I'm using and trying out. My other goal is to be more productive with my days xx

  8. These are great goals! Especially with the skincare. Sometimes we can help it and it's always quicker to grab a cleansing wipe BUT I use small goals to make sure that I least take care of my skin properly twice a week :)

  11. I definitely would love to be one of your clients!!! I have never had a PT before but I have some major weight to lose and I'd love some help. Hopefully we can talk more about this! I'm also hoping to get to the gym 4x a week!!! Love you xx
