Healthy Snack Idea: Chocolate Bliss Balls

These DELICIOUS Chocolate Bliss Balls were my daily snack for months and for some reason I stopped making them and I have no idea why because they are amazing!

The recipe is super easy. Try these out at home and let me know what you think!  You can make the balls as big or small as you like so there's no set number this recipe can make.

Ingredients:

1 cup dates (soaked in warm water for around 5 mins to soften then chopped in to small pieces)
1/3 cup of cacao powder (if you want to make protein balls, substitute this with protein powder –
then add a tablespoon of cacao powder to taste)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup coconut oil
½ cup shredded coconut (Plus another 1/4 cup to roll them in at the end if you want that effect)
Dash of almond milk
Optional: Almonds, goji berries, hazelnuts

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with hands (it's messy but it's the only way to get all up in there!)
Add the almond milk- I used 1/4 cup in this batch.
Roll in to desired sized balls (and then roll in coconut if you wish)
Refrigerate for a minimum 2 hours.
Keep refrigerated

EAT! (2 per day is an acceptable amount to have for snacks) - They're healthy, but they still count towards your macros!

Let me know in the comments if you would like to see more healthy snack ideas! I have plenty!! <3

Keep smiling!
