Palmers have just made it a hell of a lot easier for us to get our daily dose of coconut oil (at such affordable prices) coming out with a range of four coconut oil + vitamin E based products! The formula is now available in a body lotion, body cream, hand cream and body oil (I think the oil is going to be my favourite!)

Ones that I have followed in the past thinking they would help and now realise how horrible they are and how they actually sabotaged my healthy lifestyle and actually resulted in a really unhealthy way of thinking in regards to weight loss and obtaining a healthy lifestyle.

His & Hers Weekly Meal Plan No.1

Since Ben moved to Brisbane, the amount of food in the house has more than tripled.

Recently due to ease of shopping and preparation, I have been following his prep diet and eating whatever he eats, just adjusting the amounts to maintenance calories/ macros (due to pregnancy, I can't be losing or gaining any dramatic weight on purpose).
